INTERNATIONAL MOTOR SHOW

The Luxembourg International Motor Show traditionally rounds off the automobile and motorsport seasonin style! The event features an outstanding selection of cars and motorbikes – racing vehicles, prestigious models and classic collector favourites – attracting a huge crowd of visitors who come to admire their complex mechanics and elegant lines.

ADRIEN ARNOUX – LUXEMBOURG COMEDY FESTIVAL

18 November | 7-8pm | Luxembourg | €20

ON YOUR OWN OR WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Paris-born Adrien Arnoux has been on the stand-up comedy circuit since 2012. Strongly inspired by the English-speaking stand-up comedy scene, every evening he tells us about the more embarrassing moments of his existence, hoping to find meaning in them through laughter. After several critically acclaimed appearances at the Montreux Comedy Festival and a show at the Jamel Comedy Club, followed by a 40-date tour across France, Adrien is currently busy preparing his next show, due to come out in late 2018.

ST NICHOLAS TRAINS

Come and meet St Nicholas at the Fond-de-Gras with the "1900" steam train! Enjoy the festive atmosphere as you arrive at the station on a train that has been specially kitted out in honour of the great Saint's visit.

ORCHESTRE PHILHARMONIQUE ROYAL DE LIEGE

The Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liège (OPRL) is the only professional symphony orchestra in French-speaking Belgium. And it's coming to the CAPE. The programme features:

Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Romeo and Juliet, Fantasy Overture
Robert Schumann, Symphony No 3 in E flat major, op. 97, "Rhenish"

A CUP OF TEA, PLEASE – FAMILY ACTIVITY

19 November | 11am-12 noon | Luxembourg | €5 

ON YOUR OWN OR WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY

After visiting the exhibition, parents, grandparents, relatives and children can linger in the final room to admire the "three merry ladies" and the fine china. Everyone is then invited to decorate a cup. Those who take part are rewarded with a cup of tea and a story.
