Timetables and fares

Integrated timetable from the Mobility Centre

The Mobility Centre ('Mobilitéitszentral') produces an integrated timetable of all means of public transport with an overview of the routes covered.

The staff of the Mobilitéitszental can provide you with information about public transport (bus, train, school transport, cross-border transport) and alternative ways of travelling (soft mobility, car-pooling, etc).

In the Grand Duchy, the same ticket is valid for travel by bus and train, and the same fares apply.

  • 2 euros for a 'short-time' ticket (valid 2 hours);
  • 4 euros for a 'day' ticket (valid on the day it is first used until 4 a.m. the following day);
  • With mticket, your smartphone is your ticket. For more information...
  • With mkaart, you can upload more products on one and the same card. It replaces the e-go card.  For more information...

There are other types of ticket (monthly and annual season tickets, special rates for young people and older people, etc.).

Tickets for single journeys and season tickets can be bought at the Mobility Centre, at CFL ticket offices, at post offices, and at some newspaper kiosks.
